MARK WYNNS is a producer and media consultant working to help media connect with audiences. Beginning in 1998, he held multiple positions at the Atlanta Film Festival/IMAGE Film & Video Center, ultimately exiting as interim Executive Director in 2005. From 2001-2003, he was a field outreach coordinator for the Independent Television Service working on grassroots campaigns for such films as Two Towns of Jasper, Daddy & Papa and Race: Power of an Illusion. Wynns regularly speaks on independent media panels and is a founding member of the Committee on Entertainment Capital, Investment and Legislation (CECIL) – an industry group focused on spurring private investment in Georgia-based media companies. His current consulting client list includes: LAB 601, Candescent Pictures, POPfilms, John Sayles and Maggie Renzi's Anarchist Convention, and others. He is an associate producer of Sayles’ latest film, Honeydripper.
